A degree in construction and history in construction framing, building a structure from ground level empowers us with the ability to see every aspect of a home’s good, bad and, of course, the ugly.

I was concerned about moving into this place but other than some things the owners already told me about, there were just a few small things that could perhaps even wait a few yrs. Awesome! The inspector, Eric, arrived early and started inspecting the outside. He inspected all details of the house and made it fun for us by giving us a scratch off card for a discount and gift cards to celebrate. He found safety hazards and 29 recommendations to make the house and appliances perform at their best for many years. The owner agreed to fix the most important issues and we are proceeding. Thank you so much for all your help, scheduling in short notice, reopening the appointment, and inspecting on a Sunday afternoon.

Eric was responsive through a few false starts (I didn't get the house) and when I did get a house, he scheduled an inspection quickly. He was prompt, actually early, and checked everything.
