Awesome! The inspector, Eric, arrived early and started inspecting the outside. He inspected all details of the house and made it fun for us by giving us a scratch off card for a discount and gift cards to celebrate. He found safety hazards and 29 recommendations to make the house and appliances perform at their best for many years. The owner agreed to fix the most important issues and we are proceeding. Thank you so much for all your help, scheduling in short notice, reopening the appointment, and inspecting on a Sunday afternoon.
