Multi-Unit Building Inspection
Providing a full, comprehensive inspection and report on the overall condition of your property and all of its components. Muti-Unit homes are 2-4 family dwellings and require a highly detailed inspection.
Drain Scope
Examining and providing video of your underground drain line from the house to where it ties into the main sewer or septic tank. We check for flaws, imperfections and any serious problems. Tree roots are a common cause of sewer line damage and clogs, therefore, a drain scope is highly recommended on a property with trees.
